I stopped making curd the normal way once I realised how good it was made in the blender and no stirring!

What a terrific idea – it would never have occurred to me to make curds in the blender like that!

It really is a fantastic machine, one of the most powerful on the market and yes being able to put the jug in the dishwasher is great for those days when you have too much to do!

What a delicious recipe! Lime curd is great on so many breakfast dishes, and it adds that lovely tart taste to scrumptious desserts as well.

I’ve never tried making lime curd but using that blender sure made it easy to do!! I really need a new blender. Ours is so loud it sounds like a plane taking off. This blender would be ideal.

I love the sound of 5 minutes. I mean how quickly can things be right? True that lime and the friction in the blender can really make a quick lime curd. Love lemon/lime curd!
