I love the combination of leek and bacon, it always goes so well together. Being Northern Irish i usually pan fry it with some cooked potatoes and a load of butter.

I can’t eat too much bacon as a rule. Same with pasta – but the way you’ve put this dish together it would be ideal for me I think. It looks so tasty! I can’t wait to try it 🙂

Bacon and leek is a fabulous combination! I wish that the husband liked pasta more, it would make life a little easier at times! But the toddler is as happy as I am to wolf down huge bowls, we make a similar thing and I love it for its ease but extreme tastiness!

He's a man after my own heart, my favourite pizza the "Venizziana" has pinenuts on it so I'm usually throwing them over our own pizzas with garlic oil, sultanas and red onion rings (oh and capers for hubby which I give to him in the restaurant)!

Very tasty Camilla. I love pan fried leeks but often forget about buying them. We eat pasta very regularly in our home – probably twice a week and my husband throws on pine nuts to ALL pasta dishes (he is obsessed with the flavour!)
