Thank you Jacqueline. Yes, you’re right the photos were taken on Sunday, just as I was rushing out of the door with a tupperware of muffins and biscuits for my parents and sister. Another lot went of to hubby’s mother with the children! I quickly pulled a tablecloth out of the cupboard and a paper plate and hurridly took a few shots just as the sun was coming out from behind a cloud – you’ve got to catch those beams while you can as I don’t have any fancy photographic lighting:-)

It’s great when a creation turns out right, especially when it comes to baking. I’m all for simplifying things. Looks like a good flavour .You have nice lighting on your muffins – couldn’t have been taken today – it’s been pouring down! Nice timing for the upcoming Baking Week Camilla 🙂
