Oh my gosh… The most moist muffins ever, people!
I used frozen mixed berries because that’s all I had and topped with crumbled up scotch fingers, oats and white choc chips. This is the first recipe that is true to the yield. I was worried they might not be properly cooked through because they felt a bit soft but the skewer came out clean, I “had” to test one of course and they’re perfect, just really moist and bouncy.
