What a lovely pud – I am a huge fan of galettes – I love their rustic charm, so easy peasy, and I don’t have to stress about getting it ‘perfect’ because their slight imperfectness is part of their charm. I’ve made them with lots of fillings, but never peaches as far as I can remember – I’ll have to try that! Eb x
