I made it for dinner, and it was delicious.
I wouldn’t have thought of putting chickpeas in a pasta dish, but it works so well. We’ll definitely be having this again.

I’ll be trying this for sure. I can see why it’s your Signature Dish, it look & sounds delicious. The only change I’d have to make though is to take out the chickpeas as I can’t abide them sadly.

Your meal planning sounds a bit like mine 🙂 As well as being great on the household budget, these store cupboard ingredients are just so convenient. I have days when I just don’t feel like spending too much time preparing and I happily fall back on the regular staples in the cupboard. Sounds like a tasty dish!
