Hi Paul, I either adapt this recipe but use kidney beans (I’d run our on the day I made the pancakes so you don’t need them as was good without) https://www.fabfood4all.co.uk/turkey-chilli-with-baked-beans/ or I’ve been know to use Lloyd Grossman Chilli sauce jar and add a tsp of coriander and cumin while the mince is frying.
