I made this exactly as written and it was wonderful….
Then I subbed buttermilk for the milk and lemon juice, used 2 bananas and added chopped pecans…. Took it to a whole new level!

I love how quick Soda Bread is to make and this sounds perfect for someone with a sweet tooth. I reckon some pecans would be a fab addition.

This sounds fab Camilla! I LOVE white chocolate and often use it where a recipe calls for milk chocolate so its nice to see one I don’t have to change haha. I can imagine it smells delicious straight out of the oven.
