Funnily enough this was given to me by a brand to promote Halloween recipe so you’re not far wrong:-)

I don’t think anyone likes the taste of celery on it’s own but celery, onion and carrot are like the holy trinity and form the base (mirepoix) of many soups and dishes:-)
