Hi Kate, perhaps my oven is different to yours and running at a different temperature? I think this is why oven thermometers exist.

This tastes amazing, but both times I’ve made it, it’s taken a lot longer than 30 mins. Every time I check it, it’s still wobbly.

When it’s cooked for that long, the shape of the creme eggs disappears. It still delicious though!

So easy to make, unless a 13 year old is taking the wrappers off the mini Crème eggs! They were gooey and delicious. Highly recommended. Try them warm with cream and ice cream! Mmmmmm
