Fab Chantelle, do try it with the sweetcorn and then ham and sweetcorn. It’s my absolute favourite jacket potato topping:-)

I didn’t add ham or sweetcorn, I was a bit sceptical about the recipe as I only tried cheese and beans but OMG it’s my fav ever!! Having this all the time now and LOVE the spice !!

Baking potatoes, what would the UK do without! I usually try to keep it light and mix mayo with yogurt or light sour cream, but I definitely need to add curry next time, great idea!
