These sounds delicious! I normally do the same as you and buy beef or pork due to price but great to get a bargain as lamb mince is yummy! I love making lamb koftas or kebabs with lamb mince too.

I think I said the olives and lemon reminded me of Greece so hence the name:-) Yes Brioche is French:-)

Is it just the olives that’s making them ‘Greek’ ? I may add some mint to the mayo ! and Brioche is French?

Ooh, these sound lovely. I’m such a fan of lamb and I’m thinking that lemon mayo would be a perfect accompaniment, I’m bookmarking this to try! x

I think I just had no recipes I wanted to make with it in my repetoire, not something my mum ever cooked with and then there’s the cost, at £4 a pack it’s the most expensive mince. I grew up on Frikerdeller which are Danish meatballs made with pork mince and I still love them today as do my kids.

Why don’t you buy lamb mince? I’d be much more suspicious of pork mince, something I never buy. Burgers looking good!

I avoid lamb because of the price tag personally but at that price I don’t blame you. This recipe looks fantastic!
