Sorry about that David, think it must have got missed when I changed my recipe card over. Anyway all fixed now, it’s 50g of butter needed.

Can you clarify how to make the butter sauce? The ingredients list does not mention butter under the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce section.

Unless Daregal Le+ is a garlic butter?

I want to do this recipe but with all fresh ingredients, so just need to know how much butter is needed for the sauce 🙂

I used this with a Swai Fillet and it still came out FANTASTIC!

Also, substituted the frozen mash for instant and sautéed my own kale. Everything came out to perfection!

It’s so brilliantly convenient and quick and did I mention delicious:-) I was back in Iceland this week and we had their chocolate gelato tonight which was good:-)

I went into Iceland at Christmas for prosecco and it was the first time in about 10 years. I was so impressed by all of the new lines and it was a complete change to what I remember. This dish looks amazing – I rarely eat fish but this looks so appetising.

Ooh that Colcannon looks delicious Camilla. Pure comfort food and so easy too with all those goodies from Iceland. I too was impressed with the kale and other veg and herbs on offer.

Yes Katie, we both have connection with Birds Eye (mine in the past) so we don’t need to be told how fab frozen food is;-) In fact I’m sure there are people out there who received a fact sheet about frozen food when they were students written by me back in the 90’s!

What a glorious dish Camilla… right up my street. I never shop in Iceland, but I think I need to open my mind and get myself down there. I’m a huge fan of frozen food, so it makes total sense!
