Thanks Jen, I was totally surprised by how good these pies tasted so will definitely be making them again. I now have some leftover roast beef so think I’ll do a beef & onion version:-)

I always cook a large ham at Christmas even when it’s only for the 2 of us so I can freeze portions of it to use in various dishes over the following weeks and use the stock, thanks for giving me a new idea for using some of the ham.

Who doesnt love ham, cheese and sweetcorn! Yum – your making me hungry! Love the different designs too!
