Me too on the bad back front and my best solution, when I can afford, is to get a really good deep tissue massage every few weeks. Expensive though and this looks very fairly priced.

Oh I would LOVE one of these! A massage is one of my favourite things in the world and I love the idea of being able to have a heated massage too.

Back pain is just the worst 🙁 I’ve had upper back pain for 3 years and I’ve tried so many things with no luck! I actually bought one of these homedics chairs for my husband when we first started dating but never tried it myself because I had no back issues at the time. I haven’t seen it in a while so I’m assuming he no longer has it 😛 Might be worth trying one again. Completely forgot about these chairs. Thanks for the reminder!

They used to see these chairs where I used to work when I was at uni. I remember them being really amazing and I could sit on it for hours if I had been allowed.

In reply to Sally - My Custard Pie. I used to see a physio years about a T4 problem that he diagnosed and was just below my shoulder. He showed me a pumelling action that would help but family soon tired of helping so hence I bought the shiatsu massager as it was the next best thing to having a personal masseuse in the house! Really hope it helps you Sally, I'm pretty sure it will!

My Dad actually has one of these for our office chair and it’s bliss for those long days huddled over a computer screen! I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my back pain too, great review 🙂 xx
