Oh I love Italian food and good quality specialist ingredients.

I too like Ponti balsamic and have tried it on strawberries and yes it is good!!

I also can not resist a good mozzarella, and love the classic mozzarella. tomato and basil salad. It is the example i use to illustrate good food doesnt have to be fancy or hard work if you use good quality ingredients.

So much amazing Italian food, I’m a massive fan of Fabbri Amarene, they re so delicious! If I had to choose one Italian recipe to enjoy all summer long it would definitely be granita 🙂

I’ve had those Fabbri Amarena cherries before. They’re lush! Afterwards I used the syrup with everything imaginable. Lovely roundup!
