I made this last night, following your recipe exactly as regards the veg, and we loved it. So much so that my plan to have enough left for tonight failed – between the two of us we ate almost all of it. There was only a little bit left which I’ve had for my lunch.

Made this on Monday , it was great. I always have problems getting flavour into couscous , resorting to raisins or tabasco as a lazy cheat,, but this was easy and so tasty
