Yes I’ve been there, I even make the pancakes in advance often and warm back up on a plate over a pan of water!

These are brilliant – I have trouble getting time to do anything exciting with pancakes – as soon as they are cooked they are devoured! Must remember to try chopped fruit in preparation for next time.

Fab idea to make monster pancakes. We’re making ours at the weekend since the Husband is in Canada for his sales week. It’s a real family thing, isn’t it?
