I love peanut butter yet i’m not a fan of reeces peanut butter cups, i think you can have too much of a good thing. I like the idea of the oats with this though.

What a lovely sounding, simple recipe!
I will try making these instead of going to the cupboard for a spoonful (or three) of peanut butter next time I get a sweet craving when the biscuit tin is empty.

Great minds do think alike 🙂 I was late to the peanut butter party too but absolutely love it now. Never did as a child though. These look great and are definitely perfect for a picnic or party.
