If you want to eat meat, I feel we also have a moral obligation to eat smaller amounts and have all organic, imho! There’s a lot of the industry that we know little about that’s pretty grim.

There’s also a list somewhere on the web re fruits & veg as to which are worth sourcing as organic if you can strecth to it and those thatd on’t make much difference.

I much prefer picking out my own veg and food from the supermarket or food market so I know exactly what I am buying. Eating organic can be done although only if you’re willing to pay some of the prices!

Doing the shopping does throw up unexpected delights. I picked up 6 doughnut peaches for £1 the other day.
