In reply to Ursula Hunt. If I'd chosen the name I think it would have been Pork in a Grape Sauce but mum has made this dish since I was a teen and it's always been known as Pork in Grapes:-)

This is a new idea on me. I’ve never used grapes in cooking.
I will definitely be giving this lovely recipe a go – My Husband is a big pork lover so he’ll be happy…

Thanks Mark:-) The strangest combo I ever had was as a kid visiting my aunt when she was having a dinner party, we had fish with bananas and flaked almonds, this has stuck in my mind as I thought it was so wacky:-) I can't say that's a recipe I'm longing to recreate though LOL!

I must say that looks yummy. Creamy and rich and I bet the grapes are just lovely. I think my equivalent dish that my Mum would roll out regularly would have been chicken thighs in a cream and mushroom sauce….:) Comforting childhood stuff. x

Looks yummy hun – especially paired with the rice. Am not a big fan of pork but I think the cream and grapes would definitely make it more tasty – everything tastes better with cream added to it!

I’ve been waiting for this recipe since I saw your photo of it on Twitter. I love the idea of the sweetness of the grapes cutting through the heaviness of the cream. I’m sure all the family would like this.
