I am really not a souffle expert as this was only my 2nd attempt in 25 years!

Delicious! Though I’d like to know how to stop it collapsing when it starts cooling! Also tried a variation by adding some ground cumin and ground coriander…very nice twist. Great way to use chard or spinach.

Great recipe and good suggestion to try it with bacon , I think bacon might be a bit better than cold cuts. The souffle has risen well and interesting use of rainbow chard!
