This looks yummy, and I’ll give it a try at the bottom of the oven to avoid soggy bottomness too. I must confess I have that problem often with quiches.

In reply to Jacqueline @How to be a Gourmand. No there's nothing worse than a "soggy" bottom and that's why I love this recipe, as long as you cook it at the bottom of your oven and give it the full 40 minutes the base comes out crispy and melts in the mouth.
