I keep forgetting to cook with gnocchi but it’s really good!

Wow, this looks amazing! I’ve never made anything with gnocchi; it’s not something I’m terribly familiar with. It does sound like exactly the kind of thing I’d like, though, so I really should give it a try.

I think that gnocci bakes are vastly under rated. I love gnocchi and use it as often as pasta. Lovely recipe.
