This looks so delicious and, I think, easy to make, I will definitely give this a try, maybe use chicken instead, only cause I’ve got loads of breast in the freezer. I will pass the recipe onto my son aswell, he is always trying new recipes and I’m sure he would love this x

My family love stir-fried dishes and they’re nice and healthy if prepared the right way. Would make this with pork, chicken or any leftover meat I happen to have.

Chinese food is my favourite. I will definitely try this recipe. Although, I will cook the rice the night before and leave it in the fridge. I think that most fried rice recipes include this step.
