This looks yummy, and we grow strawbs in the summer so i’ll have to try it. I dont have an icecream maker but maybe lots of stirring whilst its freezing would work.

I know it’s a cold old day but i’ve had a real craving for ice-cream. I’ve got a brilliant magimix ice cream maker that i’ll have to get using again. I used to add a bit of custard to my vanilla ice cream and it worked a treat.
