In reply to Liz W. As long as all your ingredients haven't previously been frozen then there's no reason why you couldn't do that. A very good idea, you'd probably need to allow 24 hrs in the fridge to thaw as overnight probably not long enough.

Camilla – what a delicious way to enjoy Turkey over Christmas. I like the stuffing you have used in the bird – I’m sure it adds lots of moisture and prevents it from drying out (which is often the case I find with turkey).
A beautifully presented Christmas dish 🙂
