In red, great for BBQ’s to check food is properly cooked, rather than being tough as old boots to be on the safe side

I would use it to cook my Christmas turkey with confidence. The temperature should read 74 °C and by simply inserting the Thermapen into the thickest part of the bird between the breast and the thigh the Thermapen will tell me if the bird is done. No more guess work!
