Made the Cheddar& Chutney Bread yesterday! It’s really good. A bowl of salad & a glass of wine – perfect! I would have had the rest of the cider, but I foolishly knocked it over!

In reply to Herbert Appleby. I would say no as you don't want to knead this or over handle it. It takes a minute or less to stir together and then straight in the oven for 30 minutes so there really is no need for a bread maker. The gases from the raising agents are realised pretty quickly so that's why you can't hang about with the dough.
