Ingredients

  • 1 large banana sliced & frozen
  • ½ tsp Matcha green tea powder
  • ½ tsp runny honey optional
  • 200 mls a2 Milk

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.
