A fabulously tasty chilli made with turkey breast mince and baked beans - so delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
500gTurkey breast mince
3tbspRapeseed oil
1large Onionfinely chopped
250mlwater
1x 420g tin Baked beans
1x 400g tin Chopped tomatoes
4Clovesof garliccrushed
1 ½tbspHot chilli powderor to taste
½tspGround cumin
½tspGround coriander
½tspSmoked paprika
½tspDried oregano
½tspCayenne pepper
Freshly ground salt & pepper
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan on a gentle heat and sweat the onions until soft.
Add another tbsp of oil and then turn up the heat to fry turkey mince until cooked.
Then add another tbsp of oil plus the garlic, spices, herbs and seasoning and cook for a minute before adding the chopped tomatoes, baked beans and water.
Bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
