Ingredients

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Castor sugar
  • 1 L Semi-skimmed Milk

Instructions

  • Hull and chop the refrigerated strawberries into tiny pieces.
  • Stir in the vanilla sugar and put in fridge.
  • Mix together the milk and sugar thoroughly in a bowl and then add the strawberries.
  • Using a jug pour the mixture into an ice cream maker until stiff (about 40 minutes).
  • Scoop the mixture into a tupperware and freeze for another 6-8 hours before serving.

Notes

To make a cherry version of this ice milk which is also great for using in an ice lolly mould, just chop up 220g frozen/fresh pitted cherries in a blender before adding to the milk. For an extra special touch dip your lollies in melted chocolate for a Black Forest Ice Milk Lolly!
