Sweet & Savoury Filled Croissants

Cheese and Ham Croissants and Almond Croissants made from tinned croissant dough - the possibilities are endless!

  • Grated Emmental Cheese
  • Ham
  • Marcipan
  • Tin of Croissant dough


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (or according to pack instructions)
  2. Lay your croissant dough out and cut along serrations.
  3. Put your chosen fillings on the dough and roll up towards the pointed end.
  4. For the Cheese and Ham croissants sprinkle some cheese over the top
  5. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes (or according to pack instructions).
  6. For the sweet ones a dusting of icing sugar would be good.
  7. Cool for at least 5 minutes before eating as fillings will be hot!
