Raspberry Vinaigrette
A summery dressing with fresh raspberries.

Raspberries

Walnut oil or Light olive oil

tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
½
tbsp
Cider vinegar
1
tsp
Runny honey
½
tsp
Dijon mustard
Salt and Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into small blender/herb chopper and whizz for 1 minute.
Store in fridge and shake before serving.
Dress your favourite salad leaves.
