Ingredients

  • 50 ml Pimm’s No.1
  • 150 ml lemonade
  • 2 cherries
  • 1 slice orange halved
  • 1 slice kiwi fruit halved
  • 2 slices apple which has been cored & quartered
  • sprig of mint
  • ice cubes

For glass frosting

  • slice of orange peel removed
  • caster sugar for dipping

Instructions

  • Frost the glass by placing the orange slice onto a flat surface and rotating the rim of the glass over it so that the whole rim is wetted.
  • Place some caster sugar in a saucer (about 2 mm) and shake level, then dip the glass in the sugar to coat.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add the Pimm’s No 1.
  • Then add the fruit and lemonade.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and add a straw.
  • To make a jug add ice and handfuls of fruit keeping the ratio of 1 part Pimm’s No 1 to 3 parts lemonade.
