Ingredients
60gBlueberriesfrozen
1Bananamedium, peeled & sliced
2Kiwi fruitspeeled & roughly chopped
1Applepeeled, cored and chopped
Juice of half a lime
100mls Coconut water
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 small glasses.
Notes
If you have a high speed power blender then you could leave the apple skins on. Depending on the size of your banana you may want to water down the smoothie with a little more coconut water if necessary.
