Ingredients
1tbsp10g Coconut Milk Powder
250mlCoconut waterfresh or carton
135gFrozen pineapple chunks
½Bananasliced
¼tspVanilla extract
Sprig of mint leavesoptional garnish
Instructions
Mix a little coconut water with the coconut milk powder to dissolve it.
Put the dissolved coconut milk, the rest of the coconut water, pineapple, banana and vanilla extract into a blender and bend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnish with mint leaves if using.
