Banana, Honey & Walnut Shake - delicious and packed full of nutrients! A great memory booster for students!

Ingredients
1large frozen ripe bananaor fresh if you don’t have frozen, peeled & chopped
1tablespoonrunny honeyor to taste
1small handful walnuts
200mlsemi-skimmed milk
extra honey for drizzlingoptional
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender (I like to use my stick blender and beaker) and whizz until smooth.
If using a fresh banana put in fridge for a few minutes to chill before serving (if you wish). Don’t leave for too long or it will go brown, same great taste just not so pretty!
Serve with a drizzle of honey if you’re feeling fancy!
