A blend of cabbage, carrots, grated red onion and mayonnaise – delicious with a plate of cold meats/cheese or in a sandwich or wrap!

  • 4 parts White cabbage chopped & finely sliced
  • 1 part Carrot grated
  • ½ part Red onion grated
  • Enough mayonnaise to coat


  • Simply mix all the ingredients together adding the mayonnaise a little at a time until all the vegetables are just coated.
