To a slow cooker (Crock Pot) add chopped onions, celery, carrot, potatoes, minced garlic, beef (tossed in flour if using), 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp sugar, salt, pepper, heaped tbsp tomato puree, tinned chopped tomatoes, 2 knobs butter, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 3 splashes Tabasco Sauce and 500 ml beef stock.
