The oven temp is only 190 degrees? That does not seem high enough. Is this Celsius? Is this 375 Fahrenheit?

Oh no, house selling is the worst and I have all that to look forward to too LOL! Had never ever wanted to move again after the stress of the last move!

I have a 2 year old son and work all hours under ther sun so i was getting in a rut about what to make for dinner and kept making the same things over and over. My mumk passed away a few years ago so I didnt have anyone to ask about new recipes or tips etc, plus money has been very tight recently so I have found so many affordable recipes or ones where the ingredients are either already in my cupboard or easy to get a hold of. I loved this greek style chicken and everyone ate it. I struggled to find the type of salt that you mentioned so used a low salt instead (sorry) but dont want the wee one eating too much salt. Oh this looks to be a wonderful idea! I never would have thought of this. My wife doesn’t eat yoghurt so she wouldn’t eat it but as it’s one of the few meats I eat – and I love both yoghurt & parmesan (as well as garlic!) this would be an absolute must for me so I’ll be ‘persuading’ my wife to cook a meal for me for once ;-))
