Hi there! I had fun wandering around your website/blog. Your recipe for Korean BBQ Style Spicy Pork Lettuce Wraps caught my eye. I actually had everything on hand, including the pork loin chops, so it was a natural for me to make for company coming over for a BBQ. The pork lettuce wraps turned out very yummy and were enjoyed by everyone. Thanks for sharing. I’ll be back to try some of your other recipes.

Looks brilliant and I love that you use easily available ingredients. Much as I love the bean and chilli pastes, they ate much harder to find outside the capital. I also love that you used scissors, they were my favourite part of cooking in Korea!
