There’s already apple juice in this and I’m not sure that swapping that for other fruit juice would work, you’d just have to experiment.

Hi MJ, there is no specific brand for the apple juice but I would use a clear apple juice, not a cloudy one. The lime juice should be freshly squeezed.

There isn’t really anything similar, perhaps just leave it out but won’t have that floral kind of kick that the elderflower cordial would give.
