We are big fans of smoothie bowls, as it’s nice to add toppings to the smoothie and it always feels like bit more of a meal that drinking it out of a glass.

Banana is one of my fasincations now. I love it for smoothies and desserts. I need to try this. 🙂

This is perfect for me! I have a bowl of soaked porridge oats every morning with nana, strawbs, kiwi and grapes. Then I make a green smoothie with spinach, avo and whatever I can find in the fridge. 😀

I’ve never heard of coconut extract – a new one on me. Admission time. I’ve make smoothies regularly but have never made a smoothie bowl. You’ve inspired me to try one.

I love a smoothie bowl! We eat a lot of fruit salad, and when I first got my braces I used to throw it in the blender and drink it like soup, which my OH and daughter thought was hilarious. Apparently I was ahead of the trend!!

The only reason I prefer eating my smoothies out a bowl (rather than drinking them) is because I find it so much more satisfying! I think it tricks my brain into thinking I’m eating something whereas drinking it through a straw just doesn’t cut it for me! Also, it gives you a chance to add so many more lovely toppings! Love the tropical theme of this smoothie 🙂
