5-a-Day Fruit Smoothie

5-a-Day Fruit Smoothie is packed full of blueberries, apple, banana, kiwi fruit and lime which are blended with coconut water for a refreshing burst of flavour and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 60 g Blueberries frozen
  • 1 Banana medium, peeled & sliced
  • 2 Kiwi fruits peeled & roughly chopped
  • 1 Apple peeled, cored and chopped
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 100 mls Coconut water

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 small glasses.

Recipe Notes

If you have a high speed power blender then you could leave the apple skins on.
Depending on the size of your banana you may want to water down the smoothie with a little more coconut water if necessary.
