Ingredients

Minced Beef/Steak

Large onion
chopped

tbsp
Plain flour

tbsp
Olive oil

ml
/ ½ pt Beef stock
3
dashes
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan over a medium heat.
Once hot, sweat the onions over low to medium heat for 10 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally until softened (not browned).
Next add the minced beef and fry until browned.
Sprinkle on the flour and cook for a minute stirring continuously.
Add the stock, Worcestershire Sauce and seasoning and bring to the boil stirring until thickened.
Simmer for ten minutes on a low heat.
Serve with jacket potatoes or mash and vegetables.
Notes
Add more stock if the mixture becomes too thick.
