Breakfast Pinwheel Wraps with Manuka Honey

The perfect healthy breakfast, these Breakfast Pinwheel Wraps with Manuka Honey are packed full of banana, walnuts and cream cheese for a really great start to the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 seeded wrap I use gluten free
  • light soft cheese cream cheese, for spreading
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 12 walnut halves
  • Rowse Manuka honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese over the wrap leaving a gap of about 2cm at either end.
  2. Start in the middle and lay down a row of banana slices (vertically).
  3. Then place a row of walnuts either side and finish off with a row of banana slices at either end.
  4. Use a honey dipper (or teaspoon) to drizzle the Rowse Manuka Honey up and down the rows of banana and walnuts.
  5. Roll up the wrap, cut into 4 and secure each pinwheel with a cocktail stick if desired.
  6. Serve the pinwheels drizzled with some more Rowse Manuka Honey.
  7. Serves 1 - 2 dependent on your appetite.
