Raspberry Vinaigrette

A summery dressing with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 60 g Raspberries
  • 3 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tbsp Cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Runny honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a small blender/herb chopper and whizz for 1 minute.
  • Store in the fridge and shake before serving.
  • Dress your favourite salad leaves. Use within 4 days.
