I see from the Great British Bake Off it would also be great for making muffins!

The fluted 24cm Quiche dish would be my choice. My Mum borrowed mine and left it in the village hall after one of the villages social events, where it promptly disappeared! It is so hard to choose but if pushed, I would have to say the Pyrex casserole dishes – absolutely brilliant, especially with winter now on the way I can start making goulash and dumplings. These dishes are really hand to store any leftovers in the fridge that can be eaten the next day without having to hunt around for cling film or foil to cover the food with as they come complete with lids.
