My Pyrex non-stick frying pans have been superb so this time around I chose a Granite Pancake Pan which I am looking forward to using. I see from the Great British Bake Off it would also be great for making muffins!

love Pyrex and still have a dish I bought for using at school cookery class – That was some considerable time ago! It is ageless and 100% dependable. It lasts and lasts and laughs in the face of dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves. Bring it on it says. If you have Pyrex you have it for life.

It is so hard to choose but if pushed, I would have to say the Pyrex casserole dishes – absolutely brilliant, especially with winter now on the way I can start making goulash and dumplings. These dishes are really hand to store any leftovers in the fridge that can be eaten the next day without having to hunt around for cling film or foil to cover the food with as they come complete with lids.
